This place is perfect – I really miss staying here… It is clean . Quiet. And did I say clean. I’m big on cleanliness. I wish I could live there permanently but ……

Fantastic little find! Simple, retro, quirky, and old school in the best way possible!
Our room was exactly what we needed for 2 nights. Simply decorated with comfy bed and pillows, a good sized fridge/freezer and SUPER CLEAN!!! Check in was easy, the site manager was friendly and although it’s close to the train tracks (they provide earplugs in case that sound isn’t your thing) it’s pretty quiet at night.

Just perfect. ❤️

Very centrally located to go to the beach, South to the Melbourne – Palm Bay area, North to the Titusville area Ann Kennedy Space center, East to Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral, and West to Orlando or even over to the other coast in the Tampa St Petersburg area!
* Just a few miles North via US1 is historic Cocoa Village!
* Just a block or so from the Indian River lagoon that is great for walking or riding bicycles!
* Affordable!

Got my brother and sister in law this because it was close and looked cute. My sister in law said her and her husband paid 800 $ for a fancy hotel recently and these beds at this amazing place where 100000000 millions times better than the crazy fancy hotel they went to. Everyone on property was friendly to them. I’m happy i picked this spot and will be sending more family there when they come 🙂

Great overnight of a cruise departure. Cozy, clean and perfect for a 1-2 night sleep.

The place is minimalist, well located, it doesn’t look like much on the outside but Inside the rooms are cute, nice and EXTEMELY CLEAN, bathroom is small but comfy, sincerely we needed a place to sleep and rest, and we were surprised how good it is, the owner is super responsive and lovely, also 100% pet friendly.

Absolutely love this cute redone motor lodge! I love when things from the past are kept and polished into gemstones instead of tearing down and building something with no charm. The Bonsai is so sweet and we loved our stay!
We stayed one night before our cruise, the check-in process was seamless and fantastic communication.
Loved parking in front of our door, love the look of the outside, the color is so cute and retro.
The room was great, it smelled like peppermint when we walked in! It’s decorated nicely, very clean and we felt very safe. I absolutely love the older details they kept like the bathroom light and shower tiles. You can tell the upgrades theyve put in are quality. Lovely sink, toilet, tv, mattress, fridge..even the sheets were cute!
The shower pressure wasn’t super strong but it didn’t bother me, had a hot shower and it’s honestly bigger than the shower I have at home!
I appreciate the notes about how they are being eco friendly, and my husband really loved that they even thought to provide earplugs.
Cost was very worth the stay. It’s not the Ritz but that’s not what we were looking for. I love keeping history alive and it’s absolutely perfect for someone who appreciates the hard work that’s been put into this place and anyone who likes retro, safe, clean, affordable stays!
We would definitely stay here again!

From the first call to inquire about availability all the way through check out everything was perfect. Andrea was helpful and very friendly. It’s no surprise that her business is thriving. Larry, the property manager, was attentive and helpful upon arrival. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. We’ll definitely be back again.

I was in town for my niece’s baby shower. I stayed for two nights. My room was clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated.
It was easy to find and very convenient to many restaurants and stores.
Andrea sent me a text several days ahead of time when I called to confirm with my room code. That eased my worry about what time I would be arriving because I had a 10 hour drive from home.
When I visit Rockledge in the future I’ll definitely stay there again!!

Nous avons passé deux nuits reposantes. Il y a le train qui passe proche mais des bouchons d’oreille étaient déposés sur le lit ce qui ne nous a pas du tout dérangé.
Il y avait de quoi faire du café pour le matin ce qui a été très apprécié et même un coin laverie ce qui est très pratique.
On conseil sans hésiter 🙂

The keeper/maintenance guy, Larry is a great gentleman, but he does look a bit scary. He has such an interesting life story.

This place looks decent for a motel, but the area is a bit remote looking, although the Indian Riverside Dr. is a stone’s throw and so many interesting places are nearby.

Very nice place to stay. We stayed 1 night only, so we would be near Port Canaveral for a cruise the next day. Check-in was completed over the phone. The lock was done by a pin code you select. Simple and small, older place that you can tell has been around for a while, but at the same time is well kept, in good condition and very clean. Was a nice outdoor common area complete with seating, an air fryer, toaster oven, sink and coffee maker. BONUS: Happened to catch a midnight launch of a rocket from the Spae Center by walking a block back to the Indian River that runs one street behind the property. There are only 10 rooms in the entire place. Would happily stay again and recommend to others. There is a train that runs off and on in short burst throughout the night, it didn’t bother me or my wife in the least. Definitely deserves 5 stars for what it is. Is it a glamorous resort…no, is it a quiet clean place to rest and enjoy the area…absolutely!
