I was on a road trip and found this quaint little hotel called Bonsai with good reviews. I decided to book, but my plans changed not even a couple hours after I checked in. I spoke to the property manager and he spoke to the hotel owner. They approved the cancellation, but they didn’t have the capability of refunding me and asked me to contact hotel.com. I did so, and everything worked out well.

The property is clean, the manager is nice and I recommend it and will book here in the future

Believe the reviews.This small,older school motel is EXCELLENT.Very clean,Very neat,cozy,and hey,there’s a rabbit hoppin’ around outside on the very neat lawn.Has a neat outdoor vending/free coffee and ice area. I like that this option is available saving $$ but surely not lacking in quality,close enough to the Port for those of us who may drive to this area.Whatever the owner is doing,it’s working and worth a visit.Ill do this again.

I stayed here for one night during a 10-day road trip. It was one of the best or second-best accommodations I stayed at during that trip. The room was very clean, and the facilities seemed new. I’m a sucker for strict hygiene standards, and the air conditioner and TV remotes were spotlessly clean, even the inside of the refrigerator. The air conditioner filters were also spotlessly clean, as you can see in the attached photo. Aside from the cleanliness, the bath towels had a soft fabric softener scent, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and secure with a secure password. The replica bonsai trees on display were also cute. The manager was kind enough to offer directions to a nearby supermarket if needed. The bonsai, the pleasant smell of the bath towels, and the meticulous cleaning made for a relaxing stay, much like staying at a Japanese inn. The only thing I could improve is that the refrigerator was installed underneath the clothes rack, making it impossible to use. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area again.

This place is perfect – I really miss staying here… It is clean . Quiet. And did I say clean. I’m big on cleanliness. I wish I could live there permanently but ……

Fantastic little find! Simple, retro, quirky, and old school in the best way possible!
Our room was exactly what we needed for 2 nights. Simply decorated with comfy bed and pillows, a good sized fridge/freezer and SUPER CLEAN!!! Check in was easy, the site manager was friendly and although it’s close to the train tracks (they provide earplugs in case that sound isn’t your thing) it’s pretty quiet at night.

Very centrally located to go to the beach, South to the Melbourne – Palm Bay area, North to the Titusville area Ann Kennedy Space center, East to Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral, and West to Orlando or even over to the other coast in the Tampa St Petersburg area!
* Just a few miles North via US1 is historic Cocoa Village!
* Just a block or so from the Indian River lagoon that is great for walking or riding bicycles!
* Affordable!

A beautiful room, great bed and bedding. Quiet yet convenient location. And half the price of big name hotels

Got my brother and sister in law this because it was close and looked cute. My sister in law said her and her husband paid 800 $ for a fancy hotel recently and these beds at this amazing place where 100000000 millions times better than the crazy fancy hotel they went to. Everyone on property was friendly to them. I’m happy i picked this spot and will be sending more family there when they come 🙂

Great overnight of a cruise departure. Cozy, clean and perfect for a 1-2 night sleep.

The place is minimalist, well located, it doesn’t look like much on the outside but Inside the rooms are cute, nice and EXTEMELY CLEAN, bathroom is small but comfy, sincerely we needed a place to sleep and rest, and we were surprised how good it is, the owner is super responsive and lovely, also 100% pet friendly.
